As autumn approaches and we near the end of the apple picking season, we find ourselves pressing apples from all around the district. The Old Cheese Factory Apple Pressing Service has been very popular with many growers sharing the labour, enjoyment, and the juice to reduce their costs. As a result, we have many blends of apple juice available for sale.
We believe Sully’s Apple Juice to be more delicious and health than any commercial juice you can buy.
The apples for our juice are lovingly grown in local gardens and orchards, free from pesticides, herbicides and artificial fertilisers.
We form a unique partnership with the growers and together press their apples in our hand operated press at The Old Cheese Factory.
The resulting juice is then put into glass bottles and pasteurised, making it shelf stable for a year or more.
Sully’s Apple Juice is only made seasonally from locally grown apples. Each pressing is uniquely made up from varieties of apples at differing stages of maturity. Each bottle is packed with goodness as it takes 1.5kg of apples to make one 750ml bottle of juice.
Sully’s Apple juice is only available from the Local Produce Shop at The Old Cheese Factory or we will deliver by the case to Braidwood.
