Scott is the resident apiarist at Landtazia Organic Farms and owner of Bees-R-Us a bee-keeping supply business in Braidwood.
Scott is going to make a presentation on
the basics of setting up a hive on your property and the fundamentals of small scale hive management.
Some of the topics covered will include:

Basic equipment

handling bee hives

site selection
-
removing honey.
There will also be opportunity to question Scott on bees and bee-keeping. |
The presentation will be followed by
a
Honey Inspired Long Table Lunch,
which will incorporate Scott's honey.
