Cheesy Lines

Cheese has been made at Reidsdale for nearly 100 years. But, never before has the cheese making involved a giant possum, a large dog called Doopa, and a Prime 7 television crew! Award winning cheese maker, Barry Lillywhite from the Wagga Wagga Cheese Company, with the assistance of 11 year old Jack from Braidwood demonstrated the art of cheese making to Prime Possum and Western Australia TV star Doopa Dog.
