Indulge yourself in the art of cooking authentic Indian vegetarian food in a friendly and relaxed workshop.
Originating from Southern Indian, Vijaya Garimella has over 12 years of experience in the art of Indian vegetarian cooking. Vijaya, who regularly runs classes in Canberra, is delighted to bring her love and knowledge of Indian Cuisine to rural Reidsdale and we are looking forward to filling The Old Cheese Factory with the exotic tastes, aromas and sounds of India.
The workshop will include South and North Indian cuisine. Vijaya will guide you step by step through the preparation of authentic Indian dishes.
